We design to maximize views, harness cool Caribbean breezes, perfect the balance between sun and shade as well as mitigate potential Category 5 hurricanes.  These elements are vitally important when designing for the Caribbean. We also pay special attention to minimizing long-term maintenance.

We can prepare all the construction and engineering plans necessary to obtain approvals from the Planning Department and Building Board of Anguilla.

We build using traditional masonry techniques as well as with more advanced construction systems. We were the first company to successfully build a villa in Anguilla in 2007 using ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms). Since then, we have completed many more villa builds using this system.

Project Management

Building on an island is challenging and requires timely deliveries of building and finishing materials. Downtime due to materials not arriving on island on time or to the correct specification creates costly project delays and negatively impacts budgets.
