Project Consulting & Design
We are experienced in tropical living and can help you when making important decisions relative to environment-specific considerations.
We design to maximize views, harness cool Caribbean breezes, perfect the balance between sun and shade as well as mitigate potential Category 5 hurricanes. These elements are vitally important when designing for the Caribbean. We also pay special attention to minimizing long-term maintenance.
Many of our projects have been on the shoreline and other challenging site locations. We design and engineer for strength and stability. Ultimately, the final plans are not only a reflection of our client’s style but just as importantly, their budgets.

Construction Plans
We can prepare all the construction and engineering plans necessary to obtain approvals from the Planning Department and Building Board of Anguilla. These plans are comprehensive in every way and are ready for all trades to use before we break ground.

The key to successful outcomes lies in team efforts. From the very beginning in 2007, we have teamed up with like-minded sub-trades and suppliers who share the same passion for building and delivering the high-quality product we strive to deliver on every project.
These long-term relationships have evolved and created a synergistic effect allowing us to all work together efficiently and seamlessly.
We build using traditional masonry techniques as well as with more advanced construction systems. We were the first company to successfully build a villa in Anguilla in 2007 using ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms). Since then, we have completed many more villa builds using this system.
Project Management
PLAN, ORGANIZE, IMPLEMENT AND CONTROL are the four pillars of management and this is what we are all about.
Although managing on-site activities is vital, the work does not stop there.
Building on an island is challenging and requires timely deliveries of building and finishing materials. Downtime due to materials not arriving on island on time or to the correct specification creates costly project delays and negatively impacts budgets.
We have developed the most efficient channels in acquiring, consolidating, exporting, transporting, and custom clearing all products necessary to complete any project. This liberates our clients from the stress of dealing with these time-consuming tasks and overwhelming responsibilities.
Few if any other construction companies will take on these responsibilities. We include them in our agreements and guarantee them.
